As per Eva Gems norms and rules the return policies for our product are as follows:
- If the client have given or asked other company to keep the jewelry , we therefore will not be responsibility for its breakage/misuse/damage and hence would not could not refund or exchange the product
- Refund circumstances depends upon various customer to customer, and we do not refund to every client, we believe if the client has been buying earlier from us , then we may refund or exchange the product they recently bought which is also purely on our company directors decisions .
- For Refund of already purchased or delivered product within in u.a.e is applicable provided we accept the fault in the product or diamond or if the client provides a proof of variation of price of same product available cheaper elsewhere.
- For refund outside u.a.e (United Arab Emirates), depends upon customer reasoning and we may deduct shipment and customs feed applicable in this process and the refund will only be paid via bank transfer after the product has arrived to our store by whichever mode of transport and thoroughly checked by us for its authentification.
- Under no circumstances there is refund for customer who may have purchased the product for gifting their relatives or loved ones and would like to request a refund and their location is within u.a.e or outside u.a.e.
